I would like to introduce my first online training client – Issaacc Wilborn. I’ve known Issaacc since 2014 and would often give him some helpful advice, but in April 2015 he took that next step and wanted me to give him a 3 month meal plan and workout program. So once a month, Issaacc would stop by the studio or text so we could check on his progress, which included taking his measurements, going over the new meal plan and the workout program.
I’m proud to say through his dedication and determination that in those 3 months he has lost 7% body fat – a total of 16.5in, lost 13lbs of fat and put on 18lbs of muscle!
